This was my second time here and I thoroughly recommend it. Both rooms I stayed in were clean, comfortable and warm. I had good views of the city which was worth paying extra for. The staff are very friendly, and it's only a few tram stops from the centre - the trams come frequently and stop right outside the hotel. I would say it takes only between 5 and 10 minutes to get in, usually around 5 as it's so near. I particularly recommend the breakfasts, which are included. They have an enormous range of food, all of it good quality. Food that is surprising to be included for someone from the UK - herring for example - but so much of it and such a wide variety it's best to come very hungry!

Stayed as part of a large group, with my daughter. We had a lovely, comfortable bed. Room was very clean, clean bathroom and nice shower. We had all necessities as we only were there to sleep and go!:) Breakfast had plenty of options and we honestly enjoyed it! Very pleasant and friendly staff. Good location as tram just a minute away. The hotel was immaculate with friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast. There is a tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away with great links to the station and all the top attractions. The rooms are adequately sized, clean with comfortable beds and lovely showers. Would recommend

Staff at the reception were very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was mid sized with a small double bed and a duvet that seemed to be from a single bed. The carpet was stained in a number of places but looked to be clean. The shower / toilet was small but clean. The overall hotel was clean and within walking distance of main area and train station. Metro stop outside the door along with a number of restaurants. The barmaid who served in the bar was very friendly and helpful.
